- Widening of Hadley Road, Route 358, Hempfield
Township from the Bessemer and Lake Erie
underpass east to Methodist Road. A traffic
signal was installed at the intersection of
Hadley Road and Williamson Road.

- The Enterprise Zone Expansion application was
submitted. |
- The Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone voted to
extend their existing zone northward to
encompass the existing Reynolds Industrial Park
as well as Phase 1 of the new Business Park and
continue northward to encompass areas in
Hempfield Township and Greenville Borough were
Trinity Industries is located. The Department of
Community Affairs approved and became effective
June 21, 1993.
