- 1988-Shenango Valley Renaissance Grant $100,000.
 		 - Werner Road Project
This involved the relocation of the Werner Road which helped the Werner Co., Inc. carry out their expansion plans. 		- Greenville Business Incubator was renamed the William D. McNeilly Business Center.
- Made a loan to Greenville Metal Litho in the amount of $100,000. - UNDERPASS PROJECT
Hadley Road (358) the railroad raised the rail one foot, which gave a 14 foot 4 inch clearance for semis.
