- Westside Elementary School was purchased on February 5th. - James Lowry was hired as Incubator Manager on April 1st.
 		 No History Available.
- April 1st GAEDC moved operations into the new incubator facility and Gladys Corpuz-Ross was hired as the Administrative Assistant. - The EDA provided a grant in the amount of $250,000.  
- The ARC provided a grant in the amount of $125,000. - The Heinz Foundation provided $50,000.  
  - We received assistance from the BenFranklin Partnership.
